What we collect, and what we do with it
Short version: we only collect what you type into our forms, we use it to get back to you, and we don't sell it or hand it to franchisors without asking you first.

Who we are
New Chapter Franchise provides franchise matching and consulting. You can reach us about anything on this page at maya@newchapterfranchise.com.
What we collect through our forms
- Book a fit call: your answers about your situation, timeline, interests, preferred role and rough budget (most of these are optional), your first name and email, and anything optional you add (last name, phone, city and state, a note). If you took the fit check first, your fit check answers come along with the form. We also note how you found the site (the referring website, any campaign tags in the link you followed, and the first page you landed on).
- Contact form: your name, email, the topic you pick and your message.
- Consultant application: your name, email, phone, location, experience and the other details you choose to share.
The forms are processed by Netlify, the company that hosts this website, and arrive with us by email.
How we use it
- To contact you about the fit call you asked for, reply to your message, or respond to your application.
- To prepare for the conversation, so you don't have to repeat yourself.
We don't sell your details. We don't pass them to any franchisor or other third party unless you ask us to introduce you. If you'd like us to stop contacting you, reply to any email from us or write to the address above, and we will.
What stays in your browser
If you take the fit check, your answers are saved in your own browser (local storage) so they can be carried into the fit call form. They're removed once you send the form, and you can clear them any time by clearing your browser's site data. A note of how you arrived on the site is kept only for your current browser session.
This site does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies.
Hosting
Like any website host, Netlify processes technical information such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only for as long as we need them to follow up with you, and delete them when you ask.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing maya@newchapterfranchise.com.
Changes
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date above.
