Built for the moment one brand isn't the fit
Plenty of people look at a franchise, feel something is off, and conclude that franchising isn't for them. Sometimes that's true. Often it just wasn't that franchise. We started New Chapter for that moment.
Find your true purpose in your next chapter.
That's the tagline, and it's also the brief we hold ourselves to.
The gap we kept seeing
Franchising is one of the most accessible ways into business ownership: a proven model, training, a brand, and a support system. Yet the way most people find a franchise is backwards. Listing portals sell your details to whoever pays. Brand sites are built to sell. Nobody is in your corner asking whether this is even the right vehicle.
Meanwhile, the person who looked at one brand and walked away is quietly told they "weren't serious." We think they were being sensible.
New Chapter sits in between. We start with you, rule out what doesn't fit, and only then look at brands. If the honest answer is "not this, not now," we say so.
Straight talk, never broker hype
Sound like a peer
Warm, plain, and direct. We ask questions and help you rule things out. We don't do "hottest," "can't miss," or "act now."
No invented numbers
No made-up stats, earnings claims, or guarantees. If we quote a figure, we'll tell you where it came from. If we don't know, we'll say that.
Fit over fee
Franchisors pay us when you sign. We'd rather you sign the right thing, or nothing, than the wrong thing quickly.
Every next chapter is different
- Corporate professionalswho want their experience to build something they own.
- Veteransmoving into civilian life with the leadership habits franchisors value.
- Couples and familiesbuilding a business together, or a legacy for the next generation.
- Investorswho see franchising as an asset class and want the numbers, not the vibes.
- Early retireeswho aren't done building, just done working for someone else.
What we are, and aren't
We are a franchise matching and consulting practice. We help you work out whether franchising fits, and which franchise fits you.
We are not a franchisor or a seller of franchises. We don't represent any brand, and we don't give legal, tax, or investment advice.
Review any Franchise Disclosure Document with a franchise attorney and your accountant before signing anything. We'll be the first to insist on it.
